This right here is your boy, Tha Soup Dude (commonly known to some as “Ian”), hip-hop enthusiast, writer, and block of cheese, who has dedicated his free time to shining light on the music he loves and exposing others to music they otherwise may never have heard.

Tha Soup Dude has spent many years studying hip-hop and it’s various sub-genres, and hopes that through his efforts, and his Macho-ManRandySavage-esque use of third person, he can bring others aboard the train of musical discovery, and maybe learn a little bit about the genre along the way.
